The photo was taken at the place where three borders meet – Italy, Austria and Switzerland. It’s a symbolic stone/rock in the beautiful mountain landscape (Tirolean Alps). We couldn’t have got there without babywearing (it’s quite far away from the nearest parking/cable car station) – it was our longest holiday trip, almost 15 kms and 800 meters up but it was worth it. This stone is an icon of my babywearing story – still overcoming the borders:
– daily (babywearing helps us with daily challenges and thanks to it – we can do more and more – much more than without the possibility of carrying the baby in a wrap/carrier)
– psychological – babywearing lets us meet our and baby’s emotional needs, and the help with daily routine with free hands – lets us survive 🙂
– physical (babywearing helps us get where we can’t get with babies and toddlers on their feet)
– between people (thanks to babywearing I met many people from all around the world)
– between you and the nature which is so important for me and the Rowan Bay too
